The ONEPROD Bearing Defender represents over 30 years of expertise in predictive maintenance, utilizing the innovative Defect Factor™ technology. This system facilitates the rapid calculation of bearing fault frequencies and provides automatic diagnostics in seconds, leveraging the capabilities of the ONEPROD wireless vibration sensor.

While predictive maintenance has demonstrated substantial advantages for the reliability of industrial assets, vibration analysis has traditionally been a complex endeavor, requiring specialist knowledge. The ONEPROD Bearing Defender simplifies this process by automatically computing triaxial wireless measurements, ensuring that rotating machinery can operate reliably without requiring advanced expertise. Regardless of where the wireless sensor is positioned on the bearing, comprehensive vibration analysis is conducted automatically, detecting mechanical faults such as unbalance or structural resonance that may occur in a single direction.

This application is designed to be user-friendly, eliminating the need for specialized training. Through intelligent automatic indicators, users receive clear insights into bearing health, identifying issues such as unbalance or misalignment while also flagging potential faults that could jeopardize machinery performance. Results are conveniently displayed alongside ISO10816 standard alarms on a single screen, using a color-coded system to facilitate quick identification of asset faults.
